Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible items only.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging (including boxes, pouches, certificates, and tags).

  • Security seals and tags must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final Sale / Outlet items

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or resized items

  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage after delivery

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  • Submit a request through our Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days using a trackable shipping service.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and shipped.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Please note:
For certain lower-value items, international returns may not be required. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit while allowing the customer to keep the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Replacement items are shipped via registered international mail.

Estimated delivery for exchanges:
7–15 business days depending on carrier service and customs processing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a prepaid return label was provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note:
In some situations, partial refunds may be granted instead of requiring an international return shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the item,

  • the packaging,

  • and the shipping label.

After review, we may offer:

  • a replacement,

  • store credit,

  • partial refund,

  • or full refund depending on the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once tracking information has been issued or the order has entered fulfillment, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to exceptions permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period.
